I had to post this because I just made it and it is so good! I made this dish twice and the first time it was good but I messed up on it, now the second time it is perfect! This is so simple and so quick I'm sure it'll become a staple in your house! This recipe comes from a site called Plain Chicken.

Pizza Pasta Skillet

8 oz campanelle pasta (I used penne because those were in my pantry) 5 oz pepperoni slices (I used the mini slices and the large ones) 8 oz Italian sausage 8 oz mushrooms 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 (26oz) jar spaghetti sauce 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced (I used shredded too)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Preheat broiler. In a large oven-proof skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Remove sausage from skillet and drain. Cook mushrooms in sausage pan. Add spaghetti sauce and red pepper flakes. Heat over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta, sausage and Parmesan cheese. Layer mozzarella slices over casserole and top with pepperoni. Place skillet under broiler until the cheese is brown and melty
