Faux Strawberry Champagne

Now we all know Teela's Tequila is the liquor recipe page, but this week I am giving the non alcohol drinkers a chance to drink up! Me personally I just like a good drink, rather it has liquor in it or not. My neice and her friends were checking out some recipes on here last week and said they wish they were 21 so they could try some of the liquor recipes. So instead of putting them into my age processing machine, I decided to have a week of mocktails for people who don't drink or can't drink. Here is the first mocktail of the week the Strawberry Champagne drink.

2 cans Sprite

2 tbsp. strawberry syrup

1/2 cup strawberries cut in half

Red food coloring

Pour sprite in a pitcher. Add in syrup and mix well.

Mix in red food coloring until desired shade is achieved.

Cover and put in the chiller until ready to use.

Add strawberry halves in a champagne glass.

Pour fake champagne and serve.
