Breakfast Tacos

Breakfast tacos and burritos are my favorite breakfast, mainly because growing up in California that's the only kind of breakfast I ate! But of course I couldn't make my "Mexican breakfast" like Litos so I settled on my own DIY breakfast tacos and burritos. I made this recipe completely on laziness and what little I had in my refigerator but I still love this.

These things, Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles, are my quick breakfast saver! They come in different flavors like the original or Italian and I believe mild and hot. You can put them in anything too, and not just breakfast dishes.

For my breakfast tacos however I needed a few things that I luckily had in my refigerator at the time.

Breakfast Taco:

- Jimmy Dean Sausage crumbles

- Small flour tortillas

- Eggs

- Cheese

- Pico de gallo

- Taco sauce

Directions:

- Even though the sausages are already cooked through I still but a little butter in my pan and heated them up.

- Scramble up some eggs and put cheese on them

- To build my taco I put the cheesy eggs in the small flour tortilla, then the sausage, more cheese, the pico de gallo, and the taco sauce.

- You can add anything on the taco you would like, I actually used homemade roaste potatoes instead of eggs on mine and it was good too.
