I had no clue what I was missing in a "blondie" before making these. The centers melt in your mouth and the crust is buttery and tasty! Cake batter is the number 1 flavor in America right now, and I completely understand why.

Cake Batter Blondie:

1 yellow cake mix

1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil

1 egg 1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup white chocolate chips

1-2 TBSP sprinkles (optional)

Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- Combine cake mix, oil, and egg in a large mixing bowl.

- Slowly add milk to bowl. You want the batter to remain as dense as possible.

- Mix in white chocolate chips.

- Pour mixture into a greased 9×9 square pan.

- Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown.
