Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake Pizza

Yes you read the title right, cookie dough ice cream cake pizza. I think this recipe has everything I would want in a meal! And also have love for it because it is cheap and easy.

cookie dough ice cream cake pizza:

- 1 roll of refidgerated chocolate chip cookies

- 1/2 gallon of ice cream, any flavor you choose

- Any toppings you may want, chocolate, caramel, or whip cream

Directions:

- Take 1/4 of the cookie dough and dice it up and set aside

- Use the rest of the cookie dough and press it into a baking pan

- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden

- Cool the crust completely

- While that's cooling, set the ice cream out to thaw out so you can spread it in the crust easily

- Once cooled, spread the ice cream into the crust

* You can add toppings into the ice cream at this point if you desire

- Sprinkle the chopped up remaining cookie dough on top and add any other toppings

- Cover with saran wrap or foil and freeze

* this should be ready to eat in abut 4 hours,
