In honor of Slumber Party Week here at College Girl Livin', I have officially made dips the honorary food of the night! There's something about dips that just make it perfect for parties. It's quick, easy, and doesn't take time away from guest, and who wants to miss slumber party fun to cook? To kick off both slumber party week and dip week, I introduce you to Enchilada Dip..

Sour cream for topping
Tortilla chips
Brown the ground beef, drain. Add onions and garlic and cook 3-5 minutes longer. Stir in enchilada sauce and top with cheese. Cover and let cheese melt
