I love cheesesteaks, any time of the week. If I'm not making them here at home, then we get them from a spot in Atlanta called Galla's. When I came across this recipe to turn my favorite sandwhich into a dip, I couldn't resist the temptation!

1 ½ cup grilled and thin chopped shoulder steak

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 cup diced onion

1 cup diced green pepper

8 oz. softened cream cheese

½ cup mayo

4 oz. shredded provolone cheese

Sautee onion and green pepper in olive oil

In a bowl mix cream cheese, mayo, provolone, and chopped steak, stir until combined.

Add sautéed onion and green pepper to the bowl and mix. Transfer to a safe bake dish and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with chips or toasted baguettes.
