I love ice cream, but hate dishes. Now with a cookie bowl who needs a regular bowl! I've seen these for a while now and I love the idea of this, it's like a different take on an ice cream sandwhich but better.
I've seen the finish product of a brownie bowl, but mine never came out like the picture so I just stick with cookie. Another little tip before you try the cookie bowl, if the non-stick spray doesn't work try wrapping foil over the mounds do the cookies can easily come off and you have a complete bowl with no holes.

1 roll chocolate chip cookie dough, store bought
Cupcake/muffin pan
Ice cream
Ice cream toppings of your choice
Flip the cupcake or muffin pan upside down and spray the humps of the pans with non-stick spray. Pre heat oven to 350.
Slice cookie dough medium thick, and mold the dough over the humps. Repeat this until the dough is gone or you run out of space.
Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, you want them a little gooey still.
Wait until the cups are completely cooled and then add the ice cream and toppings, don’t forget to eat the cups at the end!
