In case you guys haven't noticed, cake batter is my FAVORITE flavor of anything! It truly is just a taste of batter in anything it is in, whether it be a milkshake, a cake, a cake pop, cheesecake! If anyone is wondering what to get me for the holidays, I think I just answered that for you!

This can be made two different ways, as a regular cheesecake in a spring form pan or in baking dish and you can slice them like the bars in the pictures. I think the bars are good for a party because you can pre-slice them and just grab one or two and go, no knife necessary!

Crust:

2 ½ cups golden Oreos, finely crushed

5 Tbsp. butter, melted

Cheesecake:

3 packages cream cheese, softened

¾ cup powdered sugar

½ cup yellow cake mix

2 Tbsp. milk (add if mixture is too dry)

8 oz. Cool Whip (more if you want to decorate)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup crushed golden Oreos

3 Tbsp. rainbow sprinkles, plus some for decorating

In a large bowl stir the 2 ½ cups Oreos and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a spring form pan. Freeze crust for at least 20 minutes.

In a bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, cake mix, vanilla, and milk (if needed)

Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla

Fold in crushed Oreos and rainbow sprinkles

*if you need to add more powdered sugar to thicken it up here’s the chance!

Pour into frozen crust and spread into even layer

Freeze for 2-3 hours or refrigerate over night

Decorate as you would like, and serve!

*if completely frozen, sit out in room temperature for about 10 minutes
