  • 35 V-Ups

  • 15 Leg Rises

  • 25 Sec Wall Sit

  • 30 Lunges

  • 40 Squats

  • 20 Skaters

Day 3: OFF

  • 30 Sec Plank

  • 15 Sit Ups

  • 15 Leg Raises

  • 30 Sec Wall Sit

  • 15 Squats

  • 15 Donkey Kicks
