Week 2: Arm’s and Thighs

Day 1:

  • 40 Sec Plank

  • 15 Push Ups

  • 20 Tricep Dips (on edge of seat or floor for a challenge)

  • 15 Half Cobras

  • 10 Mountain Climbers

  • 15 sec Side Planks (each side)

  • 15 Back Lunges

Day 2:

  • 30 sec Wall Sit

  • 20 Pile Squats

  • 15 Jumping Squats

  • 20 Front Lunges

  • 30 Calf Raises

  • 20 Leg Raises

Day 3: OFF

Day 4: VIDEO

Day 5:

  • 45 Sec Plank

  • 40 Sec Wall sit

  • 25 Push Ups

  • 30 Wide Squats

  • 15 Mountain Climbers

  • 35 Calf Raises

  • 30 Tricep Dips

Day 6: OFF

Day 7: OFF
