  • 15 Crossover Crunches

  • 10 Crisscross kicks

  • 10 Sit ups

  • 15 Cross Toe Touches

Day 2:

  • 10 Burpees

  • 15 V Crunches

  • 15 Side crunches

  • 30 Sec. Plank

  • 15 Leg Lifts

  • 20 Heel Touches

Day 3: OFF

  • 15 Jumping Jacks

  • 20 sec Plank

  • 30 Bicycle Crunches

  • 35 Heel Touches

  • 30 Crunches

  • 20 Leg Raises

  • 25 Side Crunches
