  • 15 Push Ups

  • 20 Donkey Kicks

  • 30 Sec Plank

Day 2:

  • 30 Jumping Jacks

  • 20 Half Cobras

  • 30 Skates

  • 25 Chair Dips

  • 30 Sec Wall Sit

Day 3: OFF

Day 4:​

  • 30 Squats

Day 5:

  • 15 Push Ups

  • 15 Donkey Kicks

Day 6: OFF
